– **Program Cancellation by Institution:** If *Foreign Placement Institution* cancels a course or program before it begins, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
– **Withdrawal Before Program Start:** If you withdraw from a program prior to the official start date, you are eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%.
– **Early Withdrawal After Program Start:** If you withdraw within the first 7 days after the program starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the time of withdrawal and services provided up to that point.

#### **2. Non-Refundable Situations**
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
– **After 7 Days of Program Start:** Once the program has been running for more than 7 days, no refunds will be issued, except in extraordinary cases such as serious health or family emergencies (documentation required).
– **Non-Attendance:** Failure to attend the program or access online resources does not qualify for a refund. It is the student’s responsibility to follow the schedule and participate in the program.
– **Digital Resources Accessed:** If digital course materials have been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.

#### **3. Process for Requesting a Refund**
To request a refund, follow these steps:

– A **10% administrative fee** for withdrawals before the program starts.
– Any **bank or transfer charges** incurred during the payment process will be deducted from the refundable amount.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as serious health issues, personal emergencies, or other extenuating situations, we may offer flexibility with our refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
